CapMan Infra neemt Serverius IT Infrastructure over

Het Nederlandse datacenter- en IT-bedrijf Serverius is overgenomen door CapMan Infra. Dat meldt CEO Gijs van Gemert top LinkedIn.

In zijn bericht zegt hij: “I’m thrilled to announce that Serverius IT infrastructure and CapMan have forged a strategic partnership to create a new European platform. Our team’s tremendous business transformation of the past years culminated in this new collaboration with CapMan. Together, we will be able to offer our engineering knowledge, climate-friendly colocation, IP networks, and various IT services beyond the borders of the Netherlands, continuing to serve our valued customers with the same dedication and introducing new services as well.”

Ook zegt Van Gemert: “This collaboration illustrates how two organizations with similar (company) cultures pursue the same strategic goals. As a shareholder, I will continue to stay actively engaged in the day-to-day operations, as I have been doing all along.

CapMan Infra is een Scandinavisch investeringsfonds. Harri Halonen, een partner bij CapMan Infra, heeft aangegeven dat Serverius wordt gezien als eerste in een reeks van overnames. Doel is om een nieuwe Noord-Europese datacenter- en IT services-groep te ontwikkelen.
