OVOC voted the most popular management tool in UCC and CC segments

Metrigy recently published research to determine successful strategies for supporting remote, in-office, and hybrid collaboration in UCC environment. The report Ranks AudioCodes OVOC as the Most Popular UC Performance Management Tool. Metrigy report from September 2021 surveyed almost 400 companies in 11 countries.

The report found that the AudioCodes performance management tool was the most popular choice, with 23.3% of companies using it. We have created a short clip which communicates the main takeout from the report, embedded in the attached presentation.

OVOC has earned the MetriStar Top Provider award

In addition, Metrigy recently published research for the Contact Center Platform Management Tools report. OVOC has earned the MetriStar Top Provider award! This is based on the ratings of enterprise buyers. The value of the MetriStar Award is that it is based on both customer ratings of providers and quantitative metrics correlating the use of a vendor’s products.
